Most athletes put a lot of pressure on themselves to be picture perfect. As a young athlete, this may intensify because their bodies are constantly changing. By taking the proper time to recognize their strengths and improve their weaknesses; Fundamental Fitness’ athletes are given the opportunity to work on their confidence, self-esteem, positive self-image and their individual fundamentals and skill sets at their own pace. At Fundamental Fitness our athletes are healthy. We deal with the changes that occur in their body and mind by making athletics FUN and FIT! Our STUDENT-Athlete development programs are designed to create a positive atmosphere for young athletes to become G.A.M.E.R.S. G.A.M.E.R.S. is an acronym for Goal-Oriented, Accountable, Motivated, Exact, Resilient and Successful.
