CERTIFICATION: ISSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Trainer, Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University, and Graduate Student at Wichita State University in Exercise Science.
GOAL: To provide each client with a fun and effective way to improve their overall health, dietary nutrition and physical fitness.
EXPERIENCE: Renaire Palmer was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas and has been involved with competitive sports and fitness since childhood. As a young child, Renaire participated in several competitive sports. Excelling at a young age, he received numerous awards, including the heralded Darnell Valentine Award, as a Biddy Basketball participant. As a high school student Renaire attended Wichita High School East and participated on the Varsity Football, Basketball and Track teams. Renaire attended Kansas State University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. Under the leadership and direction of Coach Deb Patterson, Renaire was a member of the Kansas State University Women’s Basketball Scout Team for 4 years. Renaire is currently a Graduate Student at Wichita State University in Exercise Science.

With over 14 years of health and fitness experience, Renaire considers your overall health, dietary nutrition, and physical fitness as a platform to help you achieve your desire goals. Prior to any training, Renaire will perform an initial health and fitness consultation. This consultation will provide a blueprint to help design an individual health and fitness plan JUST FOR YOU! Renaire specializes in weight loss, sports performance and specialty event training. All training and classes are results-driven. As your trainer, Renaire’s main objective is to improve the quality of life of every one of his clients and work toward getting them to the body of their dreams.

Bobby realized his passion for athletics, health and the human body at an early age. Growing up he always aspired to contribute to his community and those around him and now those aspirations are finally becoming a reality. Bobby works hard and always is determined to excel in whatever he puts his mind to. This drive and determination led him to receive numerous medals in the 100m, 200m, 4x4 relay and going to the Kansas State High School Track and Field Championships, as a part of the 2007 West High Regional Champion 4x1 relay team. During his academic career at Wichita State University,
Bobby received many accolades, graduating in 2011 with a degree in Exercise Science with a minor is Sports Management then going on to receive a Masters of Education in Exercise Science in 2013. During his time a WSU Bobby taught an Intro to Exercise Science class, participated in research which awarded him a publication in the Journal of American College of Sports Medicine, he also was awarded a grant by the Regional Institute of Aging for his work with older adults. Bobby has a wide array of experience from interning as an assistant coach for middle school track and field, personal training, six years of working in a rehabilitation hospital, becoming a state certified EMT to strength and conditioning for those with physical and mental disabilities. Bobby now is a part of the Fundamental Fitness family where he strives to improve the quality of performance from young kids, Division 1 athletes to older adults.
