Fit Camp Training
SAVE TIME & MONEY! Never wait in line at a crowded gym again! It’s your time but not your dime; results driven fitness without the hassle of a monthly gym membership. At FIT CAMP, clients will have an opportunity to enjoy a mix of Cardio and Strength Training in this 60 minute session. All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Prior to any training, Fundamental Fitness will perform an initial health and fitness consultation. Throughout your training, a member of the Fundamental Fitness staff will monitor and record your progress and motivate you towards your personal goals.
